Verticale BJT in 0.18um technologie (VBIC)?

Hallo,
Ik heb geprobeerd om dit bandgap circuit Cadence en simuleren met behulp van Spectre.I managed to get sommige BJT parameters ergens, die ik gebruik.De parameter voor het blok BJT is:

U vindt deze in Log018m.scs bestand, afdeling BIP of bip3.
